After decades spent in leadership, in different industries in various locations around the globe it was a sense of great frustration to me that I would see good businesses, not make it to great for one main reason.

Ineffective Leadership

It often runs deeper than the leader themselves, and whether through a lack of a strategic vision for success, or more often through a failure to execute, simply firing and rehiring rarely solves the issue, it simply drives up costs and does not fix the underlying factors that are holding back the next level of performance from the team.

Companies often fail to create the culture among their leadership of winning, and this can be infectious.
